Michael Jackson, the King of Pop recently passed away mid April. It was a tragedy nationwide that sparked up conversation, everyone was so excited for his new tour that he was preparing for. The tour was called “This Is It” because it would be his last show on stage but it turned out to be his last moments of life and this really was it. Everyone was so surprised at how this happened and how touching it was. The news was not happy and he influenced a TON of people.

Luckily for the directors, they filmed the entire rehearsals so it came in handy when they wanted to make a movie of his show. It was almost like being in a live concert and actually experiencing it. I had never been to one and I enjoyed seeing Michael and really hearing his voice and seeing his personality how he really was. His music is just wonderful and I think that it was a GREAT idea to make a movie of him. I respect him a lot and just think that his music really comes from the heart and is something he cares about. I heard that they may be nominating the movie for an Emmy award. This Is It will only be in theaters for two weeks. I recommend any Michael Jackson fans or even if you are not to find his true love of music and experience it from a movie theater.
